If you are acting as an intermediary by submitting someone else's personal information, you must ensure that you have obtained their express consent to pass such personal information to ourselves for adding to our website or database for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Information collected by Safe Opportunities is used solely for the purpose of supporting students and communicating with schools, students, the local authority and employers. Safe Opportunities does not collect any information about your computer hardware and software and does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
For students:
We may collect some or all of the following information relating to you or other members of your family:
- Names and contact/address details including telephone number and email address
- Date of birth
- ULN numbers
- School information
- Photographs with consent
- EHCIP plans
- Reports from schools
- Placement information
- Risk assessment information
- Emergency contact information for your next of kin
- Special requirements such as those relating to any disability or medical condition which may affect the chosen arrangements
- Dietary restrictions (which may disclose your religious beliefs)
For employers:
- Names and job titles
- Contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Photographs with consent
For parents:
- We may ask for a consent form with your signature
- Contact details including email, address & phone number
For schools:
- Contact information such as emails, names and numbers
- Photographs
